From scattered listings to a considered choice

Make room for a better decision.

01

See beyond the monthly rent.

Bring rent, management fees and one-time charges into the same comparison. Keep missing amounts visible so you know what to ask the agent.

02

Keep the details that matter.

Save listing evidence and your own notes together. Remember the question about heating, the viewing impression and why a place made your shortlist.

03

Make the search your own.

Build a private apartment library, organize your shortlist and place homes on a map. Your account has its own listings and notes.

04

Save from your browser.

Clip the listing page you have open into your own review queue. Keep browsing Japanese rental sites, then compare the details in Roomori.

05

Bring your own AI assistant.

Connect through MCP to explore your saved homes, compare costs and work on your notes. Each connection is private to your account and yours to revoke.

The numbers behind the listing

Lower rent.
Higher first-year cost?

A monthly price only tells part of the story. Compare ongoing costs with the fees you pay up front, so a tempting listing doesn’t hide an expensive start.

A little order, at every step

Your search, brought together.

  1. 01 / Collect

    Bring a listing with you.

Paste the listing page’s HTML and its original URL into the importer. Review the imported details before adding them to your library.

  2. 02 / Review

    Check the details.

Review the imported draft, fill in missing fees and add your questions. Treat extracted details as a starting point to verify against the original listing.

  3. 03 / Decide

    Build your shortlist.

Compare costs, add notes and organize the places worth a viewing. Keep the context close as your search changes.

A space for your search

Your account. Your apartment library.

Start with an empty library and make it your own. Listings, drafts, shortlists and notes belong to your account; other signed-in users don’t get access to them.

Before you settle in

A few good questions.

Everything you need to get started.

Is this a property listing service?

No. Roomori helps you organize and compare apartments you find elsewhere. Availability, terms and viewings must be confirmed with the listing agent.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Trial access lasts 14 days. There is no credit card collection, automatic renewal or charge at the end. See the terms for access and data-retention details.

How do I create an account and sign in?

New trials are currently closed. Existing accounts can use the sign-in page. Follow the verification instructions shown when you request a sign-in link.

How does Roomori help me compare apartments?

Bring listing details into one place, review the fees, and compare move-in and first-year costs. Add map pins, record commute details and keep notes alongside your shortlist, so you can return to each option with the full picture.

Who is Roomori for?

Roomori is for English-speaking renters moving to Japan or finding their next home there. Keep original Japanese listing details for reference while organizing costs, questions and decisions in English.

Can another user see my apartments?

Each account has a separate library. Signing in with a different account does not reveal your listings or notes. The privacy policy explains data handling.

Your search. Your tools.

An apartment search your AI can work with.

Move easily from a listing in your browser to a conversation with your assistant. Roomori connects the evidence, the costs and your own decisions.

Ask more of your shortlist

With MCP, your compatible AI assistant can read your saved homes, compare first-year costs, add notes and help review missing details against archived evidence. Assistant edits retain their own provenance.

Connect your assistant ↗

Every connection uses a personal credential with an expiry date. Extension access is import-only; MCP access stays within your workspace. Revoke either from your account.
